The Bed & Breakfast "La Tesoriera" is named after the nearby Villa Settecentesca La Tesoriera, surrounded by a large park. The property, completely renovated at the end of 2014, is located on the raised ground floor of a three-story building, where the owners and managers live on the upper floors.
Guests access the property through an independent and secure door that leads to a spacious breakfast room with a sitting area, from which the three bedrooms are accessed:
- One quadruple room with a double bed, sofa bed and possibility of an additional single bed, with private bathroom;
- Two double rooms with single beds, both with private bathroom and possibility of single use.
All rooms are air-conditioned with heat pump technology that allows autonomous temperature regulation from the rooms.
The building has a private courtyard with a garage available for guests' parking and a private garden.
To ensure maximum comfort and the best possible welcome, the check-in time must be agreed in advance.
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before check-in, while between 72 and 48 hours, 50% of the deposit will be retained. After 48 hours, the deposit will be retained in full.
The breakfast at our Bed & Breakfast includes milk, coffee, tea, fresh bread, croissants, biscuits, jams, yogurt, muesli/cornflakes, fruit juices and homemade treats prepared by the hostess.
If you have any allergies or special needs, breakfast can be arranged in advance to meet your requests.
Furthermore, we are equipped with high chairs for the little ones, ensuring maximum comfort for all families staying at our B&B.
