The Bed and Breakfast La Terrazza Fio.Rita is located inside the wonderful castle of Ripa, built starting from the 13th century. This small village is halfway between Perugia and Assisi, and from here you can easily reach all the main tourist destinations of Umbria. Our large panoramic terrace is the pride of the structure, where, weather permitting, you can enjoy breakfast while admiring a splendid panorama of the hills and surrounding villages, up to the horizon of Perugia.
All the rooms have recently been renovated and the bathrooms are equipped with large and comfortable showers. In addition, air conditioners guarantee an ideal climate in every season and small refrigerators are available to guests.
If you opt for the Erica Suite, you can enjoy holistic, decontracting, relaxing, rebalancing, and lymphatic drainage massages, upon reservation and with a small surcharge to the room rate. In addition, we also offer pranotherapy.
Rita and Mauro will be happy to provide you with tourist tips and suggestions on restaurants and pizzerias in the area.
In the morning, a delightful buffet breakfast awaits you, which is included in the room rate. You can enjoy it on the spectacular panoramic terrace or, in case of rain, in the two main kitchens.

The Rosa room has 2 separate beds. It is ideal for friends or couples who prefer single beds. It too enjoys an enchanting view.
The Margherita room has 4 beds: double bed and double sofa bed. Located on the second floor, it enjoys a breathtaking view.
With its canopy bed, the Erica suite is ideal for a romantic stay. Its size (30 square meters) is perfect for families of up to 4 people as it is equipped with a double sofa bed. It also has a cot with sides for younger guests.
Welcome! We are Rita and Mauro, the owners and managers of a delightful B&B in Umbria. Although we were born in Bologna, we immediately fell in love with this place as soon as we discovered it. In fact, we spend seven months a year here, from April to October, taking care of our B&B. We opened it in June 2011 and since then we have hosted people from all over the world. This is an activity that we really enjoy because it allows us to meet many nice people without having to leave home.
