Every area has been designed to provide comfort and well-being: the rooms, each with a private bathroom, and the apartments featuring kitchenettes, ensure a cozy and relaxing stay.

The property boasts a stunning terrace and a panoramic pool, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking Umbrian landscape while sipping good wine, accompanied by the sounds of birdsong. The apartments, accommodating 2 to 4 guests, are carefully decorated to maintain the charm of traditional local homes and offer picturesque views of the hills and the Valnerina. Some accommodations include a kitchen and dining area, perfect for those seeking more independence.

All apartments come equipped with air conditioning, a television, a refrigerator, and heating. There is also a fully accessible apartment available for guests with disabilities. Bed linen is changed every three days, in addition to the arrival day.
