Francesco, Giovanna, and Filippo are pleased to introduce you to their home and offer you hospitality if you wish to stay in the beautiful Mandello del Lario.
It is an independent two-story house located in a quiet area just a stone's throw from the town center. Ideal for those seeking a base for mountain or lake trips.
The room is primarily designed for couples seeking tranquility and discretion. The house is newly built, a wooden prefab, and has been constructed with utmost attention to the environment and energy saving.
Turtle Room: Double room. Separate entrance. Exclusive bathroom, mini fridge, coffee machine, tea and herbal tea kettle, microwave, and possibility of a washing machine.
Possibility of parking for a car or motorcycle in a private parking lot (to be requested when booking).
The house has been classified as Class B, and we have set some rules.
To properly use water resources, flow reducers have been installed in all bathrooms and the kitchen, allowing for comfortable washing while saving up to 40% of the water normally used. Rainwater stored in an underground tank near the house is used for toilet flushing and garden irrigation.
For proper and minimal energy usage, 90% of the house's lighting is provided by energy-saving bulbs. All appliances are Class A/A+. Hot water production is guaranteed by solar panels. Heating is also done through solar panels, and if necessary, supplemented by a condensing boiler with reduced CO2 emissions.
Waste is separated for proper disposal.
In-room breakfast: hot beverage, fruit juice, mineral water, croissants, cookies, rusks, jams, Nutella, butter, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread.
Upon request: cold cuts, cheeses.
The products are packaged and individually portioned as required by the regulations of the Lombardy region.
After having spent a wonderful vacation at a B&B, we have decided to turn a part of our home into this activity. We love the sea, the sun, and being outdoors. We enjoy good food accompanied by a nice glass of wine.
Our hobbies? Francesco is a volleyball coach and loves sports in general. Giovanna is passionate about reading. Filippo is a playful person and enjoys being in good company!
Mandello del Lario (Lake Lecco) is a municipality of approximately 10 thousand inhabitants in the province of Lecco that directly overlooks the lake.
This property guarantees cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas to national guideline standards
You must wear a mask in all common areas
Used disposable masks and gloves must be thrown away in the containers provided after use
The Manager is authorised to check body temperatures, and can withhold access in the event of a temperature reading greater than 37.5°C
If you have a fever or flu-like symptoms, notify the Staff immediately
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or disinfect them with alcohol-based gel
Open the windows to ventilate the room before leaving
Breakfast will be served in the room
Daily cleaning can only be carried out without guests in the room
Breakfast is limited to packaged products due to the Covid-19 emergency
