La Stanza del Borgo

The B&B La Stanza del Borgo is located in a quiet residential area, characterized by independent houses and villas with their own gardens, in Castiglione di Cervia, a hamlet of Cervia in the immediate vicinity of the Saline.

From the B&B it is possible to quickly reach the beaches of Cervia and Milano Marittima as well as those of Lido di Classe and Lido di Savio. Moreover, reaching Cervia and Milano Marittima is particularly suggestive as you cross the famous Saline, where it is easy to see flamingos, herons and seagulls. For those who prefer the free beach immersed in nature, particularly beautiful is that of Lido di Classe, close to the pine forest and if you have forgotten the umbrella and beach towels, we will provide them for you.

For enthusiasts of theme parks, within an hour's drive, you can reach Safari Ravenna and Mirabilandia, while those who prefer art cities can reach Ravenna and Cesena in twenty minutes. In half an hour you can reach Rimini, Santarcangelo di Romagna and the Ravenna beaches (Dante, Adriano and Punta Marina).

Our structure is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation away from noise, without having to give up the fun, art and good food offered by the Romagna Riviera. If it is true that on vacation you should not look at the clock, the B&B La Stanza del Borgo gives you the possibility: the room has an independent entrance and is fully equipped to prepare breakfast at any time, independently. Breakfast that you can enjoy under the porch or in the room.

Finely furnished, the room is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine with pods and the windows have mosquito nets. The bathroom, characterized by a comfortable shower, is equipped with a shower head with hot and cold water in place of the bidet and a practical hairdryer. In the porch available to guests, you will find a table and chairs as well as two armchairs.

The proposed breakfast is typically Italian, sweet and varied, packaged in single portions. The use of packaged products is a choice for hygiene, product traceability, and compliance with regional regulations, as well as the freedom to prepare it when you want without having to respect breakfast hours. Cleaning is carried out daily and also includes the replenishment of breakfast, while the replacement of towels takes place every three days and that of sheets once a week. It is possible to park both inside and outside the structure. All services and the tourist tax are included in the rate.

In our house, there is a very good dog, so we prefer to avoid the presence of children and to accept animals. We will always be available during your stay.

We practice a discounted non-refundable rate, which can be combined with discounts for the length of the stay. There is no refund, but we offer the possibility to change the dates if we are notified at least 48 hours before your arrival. The modification must be at the same rate and duration of the stay, subject to availability. In case of subsequent communications and failure to arrive, it will not be possible to make changes to the stay.
