Our house is located in the heart of the plain, surrounded by an atmosphere that recalls an ancient, welcoming and familiar village, with faded colors but intense light. The main house dates back to the first half of the 19th century and has been fully preserved in both its architectural and pictorial features. The structure is surrounded by a large garden where, when the season permits, breakfast is served.
In 2012, the structure was completely renovated with the aim of respecting the environment, equipped with a photovoltaic system and a heat pump. In addition, the structure complies with the seismic regulations provided by law.
Our rooms, each with a large private bathroom, are cozy and cared for down to the smallest detail. They are equipped with TV, air conditioning, and a refrigerator.
We are committed to making our guests' stay as pleasant as possible, paying attention to details and their needs.
The morning breakfast offers the opportunity to taste delicious fruit tarts and fragrant homemade cakes made by the landlady, using ancient recipes.
Breakfast is served in the two rooms of the establishment, either indoors or outdoors depending on the season. Our abundant breakfast includes fragrant cakes made by us, seasonal fruit, yogurt, fruit juice, coffee, milk, tea, barley, bread, butter, and jam.
We are available to accommodate specific dietary requirements, such as intolerances, and invite you to inform us upon arrival.
The well-being of our guests is our top priority, and we are delighted to contribute to your pleasant stay.

We are located in the historic center of Luzzara, a small town in the Po Valley region surrounded by beautiful cities such as Parma, Mantova, Sabbioneta, Colorno, Modena, and Reggio. The area offers plenty of opportunities for responsible tourism, thanks to its natural landscapes and typical products like Lambrusco and Parmigiano Reggiano, known worldwide. Additionally, the local cuisine focuses on typical flavors such as cappelletti, pumpkin tortelli, cured meats, and river fish dishes.
Luzzara became famous thanks to the work of its most illustrious son, Cesare Zavattini, who immortalized the surrounding countryside, the river world, and the life of its inhabitants. Today, these places have become a destination for the soul, to be discovered on foot, by mountain bike, on horseback, or by canoe.
Between the Emilia road and the Po River, there is the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori delle Corti Reggiane, the most Emilian food and wine route that passes through the courts of the Renaissance lords of the Gonzaga, Bentivoglio, Da Correggio, Roberti, and Estensi families.
Our facility is only 13 km from the Rolo-Reggiolo exit of the A22 highway and about 20 km from the Medio Padana AV Station in Reggio Emilia, with a stop on the Parma-Suzzara railway line.
