The house is located in the genuine district of Cannaregio, gently overlooking the Rio de la Sensa to the south and developing on two floors in the corner of Campo dei Mori.
The house features a typical Venetian conformation, with wooden stairs, exposed beams and windows that offer serene and pleasant views of the ancient statues of the Moors, the merchants from Morea (region of the Peloponnese) who arrived in Venice in the 12th century.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with an attached living room and a large and elegant bathroom.
On the first floor, in a sunny and ventilated corner facing southeast, there is the spacious Levante double bedroom, about twenty square meters, well naturally lit by windows with views of the square and the canal. The room is equipped with wardrobes, dressers, mirrors, bedside tables, reading lights, air conditioning and of course a double and a single bed with cotton linen to offer regenerating Venetian nights.
