La Rosa Pantesca Apartment
The apartment consists of several rooms: a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a study room, and a bathroom. It is located in a strategic position, just a ten-minute walk from the Teatro Massimo and Politeama, close to the Court and the Cathedral, in a quiet and central street, but outside the restricted traffic area, so easily accessible by car. The apartment has recently been renovated and offers all the necessary comforts, with an exceptional panoramic view and a beautiful exposure.
It is on the third and a half floor of a 1950s building, without an elevator. The accommodation consists of a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and another small room with a balcony and a desk. From the living room, you can access another balcony, and its exposure guarantees considerable brightness. The apartment has just been renovated, is quiet, and offers a view of the mountains surrounding Palermo. It is very close to the Capo market, the Cathedral, and the lively atmosphere of Palermo. It is equipped with everything you need for short and long stays, including air conditioning with heat pump, stove for colder days, wifi connection, washing machine, TV, and stereo.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and is provided with towels, bed linen, personal and household hygiene products, a hairdryer, and essentials for the kitchen such as coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar, salt, and oil, as well as an electric kettle, TV, stove, and washing machine. It has two balconies from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the city and the surrounding mountains of Palermo. It is very close to the city center, within walking distance.
There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, and we kindly ask you to make sure it is turned off after use (if you have activated the timer, remember to set it to "off" mode, otherwise it will appear off but will turn back on!). Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but you can use the balcony for it. If you turn on too many things at once, the power may go out.. but you can reactivate it from the meter above the toilet! For any needs, you can contact me or Alberto.

Our accommodation is located in a quiet and central street, just a ten-minute pleasant walk away from the magnificent Teatro Massimo and Politeama, and a few steps away from the Court and the majestic Cathedral. Its privileged position will allow you to easily reach us by car, as we are located outside the restricted traffic zone. Additionally, our facility is conveniently accessible by train, thanks to the nearby Lolli station.
