The recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a small building with an elevator. Everything has been carefully chosen and designed with passion! You will be welcomed by a lovely, bright and colorful one-bedroom apartment, consisting of an entrance hall, a living room with a comfortable French sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, a service balcony, and a terrace equipped with garden furniture. Everything has been thought of to make your stay special!
You will find all the amenities you need, such as a smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and soundproof windows. The latest generation mattresses (with a height of 25 cm and a thermoregulating topper in the bedroom, and a height of 18 cm for the sofa bed) will guarantee you a comfortable sleep. You can choose from different types of pillows to find the perfect one for you. The bedding and soft, clean, and fragrant towels will make you feel pampered.
Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
In the bathroom, you will find a 7 kg washing machine, a hairdryer, and all the personal hygiene products.
If needed, an iron with a board is available. Upon request and free of charge, an additional cot for children up to 3 years old is available.

The covered parking is suitable for cars up to size B segment (such as Fiesta, Sandero, 208, Clio, Corsa, Punto, Polo...). Alternatively, there are free public parking spaces nearby.

We have gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry, both having worked in a famous international hotel chain in various European countries. We love to travel! Montano Lucino is a peaceful village located about 3 km from Como. It is considered a strategic point for visiting the area, as it is only about a 15-minute drive from Lake Como and Switzerland. The nearby highway exit allows you to reach Milan in just 45 minutes and Bergamo in one hour. The Porte d'Europa shopping center, the UCI Cinemas Como multiplex cinema, and the S.Anna hospital are all just a 5-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco shops, ice cream parlors, newsstands, beauty salons, and pharmacies. The most famous equipped swimming pool in the area is only a 4-minute drive away. The public transport stop is right in front of the apartment. You can reach Como in about 20 minutes by taking two lines (C70-C72) and spending 2 euros per person.
