Over time, the project has expanded with the addition of new areas, while preserving its original spirit: to create a relaxing refuge with spaces designed for well-being and authentic connections to the local environment.
The property spans approximately 6,000 square meters in an ideal location for exploring the wonders of Umbria and central Italy, with easy access to cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Siena, Cortona, Florence, and Rome. Lake Trasimeno, with its charming villages, vibrant traditions, and internationally recognized natural identity, serves as a backdrop for a stay that combines beauty and authenticity.
The residence offers various accommodation options. The studios, perfect for two people, provide a cozy yet complete environment with a private entrance, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, and private garden. Some, like the Mono Rosa, are also accessible to individuals with mobility disabilities. The one-bedroom apartments, ideal for couples or families of up to four, feature a separate dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, and the option to dine outdoors under the porch. The larger Bilocale Terra can accommodate up to five guests. The three-bedroom apartments, boasting views of the lake, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, are the perfect choice for larger groups or families.
Among the services designed to enhance guests' experiences, the outdoor pool shaded by ancient oaks stands out, along with the intimate and sensory wellness space, which includes a heated indoor pool, underwater music, a hot tub, an infrared cabin, and a wide range of customizable massages.
