Our vacation home is located in Solanas, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Villasimius coast. It is situated just ten minutes drive from the center, in an area rich in history, architecture and culture, with a spectacular view. Laribiancos is a unique and recognizable structure due to its style. The villa is exclusively rented.
Travelers staying with us can appreciate and purchase local handicraft products, create food and wine itineraries to discover traditions and cultures, participate in cultural events and exhibitions, and immerse themselves in the sounds and scents of the numerous gardens in the area.
In the vicinity of our property, you will find monuments and places of interest that will satisfy your desire for knowledge, sports facilities and gyms to take care of your body. But above all, you can enjoy the numerous and splendid beaches of the Villasimius coast, all easily accessible from our villa.
Our property is the perfect place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for a romantic vacation in a quiet and private environment, and for nature lovers who seek silence and tranquility away from the city.
Our guests can enjoy a private bathroom in each room, heated rooms, free entrance, parking, a parking space, a beautiful garden, and a spacious terrace.
We will guide you in discovering our areas through hiking and cycling/mountain biking excursions.
Our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a crib on request, and an en-suite private bathroom. We can accommodate up to 9 people.
You will be welcomed and assisted by managers who speak Italian and English.
After graduating in Law and passing the exams to become a lawyer and judicial auditor, I have dedicated myself for over 30 years to my lifelong passion: Tourism. Among the main activities carried out in the tourism sector, I have:
1) Established, in 1999, the first category association for non-hotel accommodations in Sardinia, bedandbreakfastsardegna.
2) Designed the first training courses for operators in the high-quality distributed hospitality sector - 2000/2018.
3) Taught in regional courses for advanced tourism education and in high schools specializing in tourism - 2000/2015.
4) Founded the first specialized consultancy firm in investments in the non-hotel accommodation sector - 2003/2024.
5) Worked as a property manager for short-term rentals, from 2012/2024.
The location of our villa is simply breathtaking, situated in one of the most spectacular areas of Sardinia. Surrounded by a charming Mediterranean garden of 2000 square meters, characterized by emerging rocks, it offers a panoramic view of the splendid Solanas beach, considered one of the ten most beautiful on the entire island.
The Villasimius coast will give you an unforgettable experience, with a series of enchanting beaches that follow one after another. Upon your arrival, we will provide you with detailed descriptions of each beach, with all the details that make them unique and delightful.
