The name "La Quercia" derives from the presence of a majestic oak tree in the nearby garden, which offers pleasant shade even on the hottest days.

The holiday home La Quercia is located just a few kilometers from the center of Imperia and is a convenient starting point for exploring the hinterland. Upon your return, you can take advantage of the private parking for your car or motorcycle. The terrace, measuring about 25 sqm, is the perfect place to relax, with a 50-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, and a comfortable sofa. The apartment is quiet, bright, and has air conditioning, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchenette, in case you decide to cook.
