The Lime Tree Oak is a recently built small residential complex dedicated to welcoming guests, consisting of apartments of various types complete with kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and facilities.
The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by olive trees, lime trees, and cultivated fields, and the friendly staff make this countryside location ideal for moments of pure relaxation. We offer different accommodation options, such as studios and one-bedroom apartments.
The apartments are equipped with a private entrance and garden. The farmhouse is located near an orchard full of juicy and fragrant apricots. The garden surrounds the entire farmhouse complex, with olive trees and many shrubs. In the main house, you will also find numerous farm animals that brighten the day with their antics.

We are a small farmhouse located on a gentle hill in Forlì, with a breathtaking view of the city. Our location is conveniently accessible, but at the same time immersed in the suggestive beauty of the hills of Forlì.
Our farm was founded in early 2007 and covers approximately 5.5 hectares. We mainly cultivate cereals, olive trees, almond trees, vines, and vegetables, all organically.
The passion for the countryside has driven our owners to realize this dream, despite their other activities. Here we live together with my husband Pio, who involved me in this adventure, and our children.
Our house and farmhouse are immersed in a green area of ??approximately 10,000 square meters, with olive trees, linden trees, and a variety of plants and flowers. You will have the opportunity to admire a rare white fir, typical of northern Europe, a magnificent blooming magnolia, and a majestic centuries-old oak tree that watches over our farm. It is precisely from this oak tree that we drew the name for our farmhouse.
Our goal is to stop time, take a moment to reflect and wonder if it's worth rushing so fast. Maybe all this is just a dream, but if dreams are wishes, why stop dreaming?
