Agriturismo La Primavera is much more than just a place to stay; it offers an immersive experience amidst harmonious landscapes, genuine hospitality, and the slow pace of life in the Marche countryside.
Breakfast at La Primavera is a special moment to be enjoyed leisurely on the porch overlooking the garden, as your gaze wanders among the hills and the morning light paints the landscape. Each day, we carefully prepare a simple and wholesome breakfast, using homemade products and local ingredients.
Cakes, bread, and artisanal jams, along with yogurt, honey, and seasonal fruits, are served alongside coffee, tea, and other hot beverages, ensuring a delightful and light start to the day. Whenever possible, we also bring to the table what we gather directly from our land, such as extra virgin olive oil from our olives or small seasonal productions.
This breakfast experience is designed to make guests feel at home, enveloped in an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.

My name is Ellen, and along with my husband Jac, I passionately run Agriturismo La Primavera. After a long-desired life change, we decided to dedicate ourselves to this project that combines hospitality, nature, and simplicity.
For the past two years, we have been living and working in this beautiful corner of the Marche region, where we personally handle the hospitality, cooking, and our farming. We love to welcome travelers with warmth and authenticity, sharing our daily life with them and helping them feel part of a slower, more harmonious way of living.
Guests who choose to stay with us particularly appreciate the tranquility, the surrounding landscape, and the direct connection with nature. Here, each season brings its own colors, scents, and special moments to be experienced simply.
Our agriturismo is situated in a prime location on the hills overlooking Pergola, in the heart of the Marche region, within an area of central Italy that remains authentic and relatively undiscovered. The landscape is characteristic of the inland Marche: gentle slopes dotted with olive groves and cultivated fields, charming medieval villages, scenic roads, and unspoiled nature that invites silence and reflection.
From this vantage point, you can enjoy a breathtaking view that encompasses the Umbrian-Marche Apennines, with the majestic peaks of Monte Catria and Monte Acuto to the south, while to the east, the vista opens up to the Cesano River valley, reaching as far as the silhouette of Monte Conero near Ancona on clear days.
The surrounding area is a constant invitation to explore. Hiking enthusiasts can delve into trails winding through forests and countryside or visit picturesque spots like the Gola del Furlo, known for its rock formations and remnants of the ancient Flaminian Way, or the wild Gola del Burano, perfect for a refreshing swim in its natural pools.
Not far away are some of the most captivating art cities in the Marche. Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage site, enchants with its Renaissance beauty and the grand Ducal Palace. Mondavio, with its impressive fortress, Gradara featuring its romantic castle, and Frontone with its striking castle at the foot of Monte Catria, narrate tales from distant eras and maintain an atmosphere of bygone times.
The region is also famed for its culinary traditions. From May to November, local festivals and fairs are held, filled with folk music, dancing, markets, and tastings of regional specialties such as truffles, homemade tagliatelle, local wines, cured meats, and cheeses. In autumn, events like the Truffle Fair of Pergola or Acqualagna attract visitors from all over Italy.
The sea is also easily accessible: the beach towns of Senigallia, Marotta, and Fano are about an hour's drive away, offering well-equipped beaches, crystal-clear water, and numerous seaside restaurants where you can savor the catch of the day.
Our area strikes a perfect balance between nature, culture, and tradition. It is a place where time seems to slow down, and each day offers new experiences to be savored at a leisurely pace.
