La Perla is a brand-new apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Spello. It provides all the comfort and necessary amenities to enjoy a magnificent vacation in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Our apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Our guests will have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a smart TV at their disposal. During your stay, you can make use of a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishes, dishwasher, oven, and induction stove.
Furthermore, we provide a coffee machine and a smart TV in the living room for your convenience. The double bedroom offers a panoramic view through a large window. Additionally, the apartment has heating in winter and air conditioning in summer to ensure maximum comfort. Finally, you will have access to Wi-Fi connection to stay connected during your stay.
Most of the houses are built in pink stone and what makes Spello unique compared to other Umbrian villages is the presence of flowers and colors that immediately capture attention. The remains of the ancient walls, much larger in the past than what we can admire today, testify to the greatness that this city has had, as well as the surrounding archaeological excavations. The churches of Spello are renowned for the elegance of their architecture. The Collegiate Church, the oldest temple in the city, is dedicated to Santa Maria Maggiore and is adorned with precious paintings by Perugino and Pinturicchio.
