The house has three cozy double rooms, one of which can accommodate up to four people, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room where you can enjoy breakfast and have a coffee break during the day, and a large courtyard where you can relax, unwind and listen to the chirping of birds, immersed in the picturesque landscape of the gentle hills of Marche.
In the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining room. There are no time restrictions, and we are always ready to accommodate the needs of every guest, personalizing the service according to your preferences. We will try, as much as possible, to offer products from organic and seasonal agriculture. The breakfast will include toast, jams, homemade pastries, yogurt, and will be accompanied by a fragrant moka of coffee, milk, fruit juices, and tea.

My name is Elisa, I am 35 years old and I am the owner of the B&B together with my partner Andrea and my mother Annamaria. Three years ago, the decision was made by myself, Andrea, and my mom to renovate my grandparents' countryside house to accommodate tourists and travelers, starting this wonderful adventure. We have spent the most beautiful moments of our lives in this house, so we thought it was only natural to share them with those who, like us, love the peace and tranquility of country life.
We are located in the beautiful hilly area of Senigallia, just a short walk from the characteristic village of Scapezzano. Despite the tranquility of this location, you can reach the city center, the wonderful beaches, the commercial areas and the city hospital in just 5 minutes by car. To reach us, simply go up via Berardinelli and take a left onto a road where you will find a small sign that says B&B - 294. Then, follow the charming country road until the end and you will have arrived!
