You will be greeted with a familiar atmosphere in our newly renovated and well-serviced apartment in the Flaminio district. The location is ideal for visiting the city, just 15 minutes from Piazza del Popolo and 5 minutes from the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Ponte Milvio, and its lively nightlife. Additionally, we are located across from the MAXXI Museum of Contemporary Art.
We offer two double rooms with private bathrooms and a rich breakfast to start your day off right. For sports enthusiasts, our B&B is just a 15-minute walk from the Olympic Stadium, the Foro Italico (home of the International Tennis and Swimming Championships), and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The terminus for numerous buses is just a few steps from our B&B, offering convenient connections in any direction, including the Vatican and St. Peter's.
South-facing rooms are equipped with air conditioning, while north-facing rooms have ceiling fans. Each room is equipped with a TV and offers free WiFi for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We offer the convenience of an in-room breakfast including a coffee machine with pods (or a kettle for hot drinks) accompanied by delicious freshly baked croissants, toast, jam, cookies, fruit juice and small containers of cream.
Overlooking the internal courtyard of the building, it offers tranquility and coolness during the hottest season thanks to its northern exposure and the silent ceiling fan. The supplied remote control allows you to adjust the speed, to time it and to control the light. You can relax watching Full-HD TV comfortably lying in your bed which, if necessary, can become a double. The private bathroom is bright, modern, equipped with a shower head and telephone, and a hairdryer.

We were brought together by our shared passion for music, which played a vital role in our meeting. This is why we chose to incorporate this passion into the logo of our B&B. Our project was born from our experience as frequent visitors of bed and breakfasts throughout Italy, and we decided to make our dream of creating the perfect hospitality destination in the beautiful setting of Rome a reality, where we could welcome visitors from all around the world.
Located in the Flaminio district, our B&B has a privileged location in front of the MAXXI contemporary art museum and a stone's throw from the lively nightlife of Ponte Milvio. Furthermore, it is only 10 minutes away from the Auditorium Parco della Musica and the Teatro Olimpico.
