The Panoramica Agriturismo is an ancient farmhouse that was first restored in the seventies and then again in 2019 by myself. The renovation works were completed in June 2019. I created this place with the aim of sharing its beauty with my guests and making people happy! I work with passion and my greatest desire is to help my guests have a fantastic and unforgettable vacation! The property extends over more than 10 hectares and we produce organic olive oil and honey. There is a large garden, a delightful swimming pool, and a barbecue area, as you may already know.
Immersed in the charming beauty of the Eugubian countryside, just 5 km from the city center, the Panoramica Gubbio Agriturismo - Maison de Charme offers 2 cottages and 3 apartments with a kitchen for a fully independent holiday. Panoramica Gubbio combines the taste of the Umbrian countryside with simple and refined hospitality, in a peaceful setting away from the crowds. The accommodations are unique in their style and different from each other, but equally comfortable and charming, with great attention to detail and comfort. Our hospitality is "tailor-made," designed to offer our guests a unique and completely satisfying experience, which is why we like to define ourselves as an Agri-boutique and offer unforgettable vacations!
In our accommodation, we do not offer the option to enjoy breakfast, but we will provide everything you need for your first morning in the panoramic kitchen. You will find a variety of herbal teas and teas, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, toast, jams, biscuits, and much more!

Cottage of 52 m² in stone and masonry consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, bathroom with shower, small but super equipped kitchen. In the garden there is an area equipped with deckchairs and a dining table for the exclusive use of the Casetta. Total number of beds 2 + 2
The cottage “le Rose” is very secluded, has a double and a single bedroom (we can add a second sigle bed on request) and bigger and private outdoor area with personal barbecue and all the outdoor furniture. I’m renewing it and it will be all new and clean, starting from June 2019.
