Beaches and Sea in Framura

The Framura coast is very rocky, with steep cliffs overlooking the sea and a few small pebble coves.

The best-known beach is Fornaci between Framura and Deiva Marina, reachable on foot from Anzo via a path. Then there are the small coves of La VallĂ  and Arena, accessible via a seaside promenade.

Towards Bonassola is the free beach of Porto Pidocchio. One of the most characteristic corners of Framura is the Porticciolo. Here you'll find a few tourist boats and fishing boats, but many prefer to stay on the dock to sunbathe.

At Cueva Blanca, a small bar and restaurant with lovely outdoor terraces, you can have lunch or an aperitif at sunset. There's also a romantic table atop a small tower, offering spectacular views of the entire gulf.

At Cueva Blanca, you can also rent canoes and jet skis, or take a boat trip to Levanto or the Cinque Terre for snorkeling. The rocky seabed in this area is ideal for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. It's not uncommon to encounter grey mullets, striped breams, and white sea breams. More experienced divers can explore the numerous sunken wrecks in this stretch of sea, such as the destroyer "Marcella" and the tugboat "Vittoria."
