Welcome! We are the owners of this property: a mountain house located in the historic center of Valtournenche. Our location is perfect, convenient for all the services you may desire. Our house has an interesting story. In the 50s/60s, Fabio's aunt, Aurelia, managed the first hotel in the village with hot water right here. After her death, we decided to renovate this historic home and transform it into a mountain house with all the characteristics of the Aosta Valley. Our rooms and suites at Ancien Paquier perfectly embody the mountain style, with wood, stone, typical fabrics, and many hearts that create a warm, welcoming, and romantic atmosphere. Fabio grew up in Cervinia and is a mountain lover, a passionate trekker, and ski mountaineer. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the surroundings, he can advise you on the most suitable excursions for your needs and help you have a stay full of different activities and experiences. Our philosophy as hoteliers can be summarized with "la dolce vita", which we have also named one of our suites. What does it mean? It means appreciating the little things, living the vacation in relaxation, tasting the typical products of our valley, and keeping the memories of the days spent at Ancien Paquier in mind and heart.
