Just 4 km from the B&B, you will find the train station which, in just 25/30 minutes, will take you to the heart of the eternal city, Rome. You will have the opportunity to visit the Vatican, the Colosseum, Trinità dei Monti, the Pantheon, the Imperial Forums, and Piazza Venezia.

Our B&B is newly built and located in the heart of the enchanting Etruscan countryside, with a panoramic view of the sea and protected to the North/East by the Ceriti hills and the Tolfa mountains.
The property is surrounded by a 2,000 square meter garden available to guests, with ample free parking within the premises.
The three rooms on the first floor are spacious and bright, with the possibility of adding a third bed or using them as single rooms. Each room has a terrace, a TV, and is well ventilated and quiet. Additionally, we provide a rich library.
A plentiful breakfast will be served in the living room or on the panoramic veranda.
Our B&B is ideal for relaxing stays and cultural discoveries.
