It consists of a relaxation corner with a sofa and two armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a bookshelf, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub for use as a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine with complimentary capsules, kettle with complimentary tea and herbal teas, toaster.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels, with cleaning and personal hygiene products. The price of the apartment includes parking in a private area below the apartment and breakfast, which will not be served daily, but guests will find everything they need to enjoy it independently upon their arrival.
As a welcome gift, the staff offers a bottle of good wine for a toast.
Hello! I am a small business owner and together with my family, we run a historic shop that sells high-quality and traditional food products from the area, right below the apartment. With the help of my mother and my sister, we have embarked on this amazing experience of welcoming guests from all over the world. It's an adventure that we are increasingly passionate about.
The apartment is on the outskirts of Genoa, but it is served by every convenience. Right below the house is the bus stop for line 13, which runs every 10 minutes and provides transportation to the center of Genoa, which can be reached in about 30 minutes. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the Aquarium, the Museum of the Sea, the Galleon, and the Children's City, as well as the famous Vicoli sung by De Andrè.
In the surrounding area, there are shops of all kinds, grocery stores with typical products, bars, pastry shops, bakeries, pizzerias, pharmacies, supermarkets, post offices, and banks. 3 km from the property, there is an Olympic swimming pool, and 2 km away, there are tennis courts, a horse riding stable, and two public gardens. A few dozen meters away, you will find the Historical Aqueduct of Genoa, built by the Romans, from which interesting walks start, accompanied by specialized guides who are knowledgeable about the significant historical value represented by this monumental work of high architectural importance.
In the vicinity, for hiking enthusiasts, many trails start for splendid natural walks on foot or by bicycle in the Ligurian Apennines.
