Agropoli is a small and charming coastal town, almost like a magical place. There are several attractions to see here: the old village perched on the cliff overlooking the sea, with its narrow streets, churches, and breathtaking castle. During the summer, it is absolutely necessary to visit Trentova Bay, San Francesco Rock, and Vallone; the latter can only be reached on foot (hiking) or by boat. Just 12 km to the north, we have Paestum, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its stunning temples and a rich museum. And 12 km to the south, you will find Castellabate, made famous by the film "Welcome to the South". In Agropoli and the surrounding areas, there are also several interesting agricultural and food companies: wineries producing Cilento DOP wines, Fiano Cilento DOP, and Paestum IGP; dairy companies producing delicious DOP buffalo mozzarella; and companies that cultivate the famous Cilento DOP White Fig. All in all, Agropoli and its surroundings are a treasure for tourists, worth visiting multiple times throughout the year ;-)
