The spacious double bedroom is equipped with high-quality hypoallergenic linen, while the bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer, soaps, and disinfectants. The bus stop (number 27) is located a short distance from the property and will take you directly to the main points of interest such as Piazza Maggiore, Le Due Torri, Via dell'Indipendenza (a perfect street for shopping), Palazzo d'Accursio, the Montagnola Market (open on Fridays and Saturdays), and much more. Additionally, La Gubbiata is situated near the city's most important hospitals, including Villa Laura Hospital, which can also be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the B&B, you will find a wide selection of affordable restaurants and supermarkets where you can do your shopping.
