Our B&B in the heart of Marche, stems from a family history with a passion for hospitality: our aim is to offer a comfortable place of welcome for all travelers visiting Ancona and its surroundings, whether for leisure or business purposes.
It is a family-run project: every detail of the structure has been taken care of by Giuseppe and Marina, to make every guest feel right at home.
Renovated in 2005, the house boasts three rooms with private bathrooms. The garden, home to colorful birds and flowers, is spacious and well-kept: equipped with sofas, blankets, and a TV, it provides the perfect place to relax in the evening and recharge, even when it's chilly.
Fresh milk, coffee, tea, fruit juices, yogurt, biscuits, cookies, snacks, croissants, cereals, toast, butter, jams, and chocolate are just a few of the delicacies we offer you every day, along with our specialty: Peppe's dessert.
Breakfast will be served in the kitchen, or alternatively, when the weather allows it, it will be very relaxing to take advantage of our picnic area.

Marina will welcome you with a smile; Giuseppe is the handyman, the man with the golden hands: every morning you will wake up to the scent of freshly baked homemade sweets and the aroma of coffee. Then there's Matteo who helps his parents manage reservations and is always ready to give useful advice and information.
We are located 1 km from the Osimo-Ancona Sud highway exit. Our location is 5 km from Ancona, 15 km from the Basilica of Loreto and Portonovo Bay, 20 km from Recanati, and 10 km from the Conero Riviera, which includes Sirolo, Numana and Marcelli.
