The apartment features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, including an oven, microwave, five-burner stove, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, extendable table, and a comfortable sofa. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV, and includes dishes, cutlery, pots, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a kettle.
The master bedroom includes an extra single bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a spacious, well-equipped walk-in closet. A second bathroom is available with a shower cubicle.
The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a single bed, and a practical wardrobe. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests without the need for sofa beds.
It boasts two inviting terraces, one of which is enclosed and furnished with a small table and chairs. In addition to heating, there is an air conditioning system and a ducted air circulation system to ensure a healthy environment.
Free on-site parking is available, along with bicycles for exploring the area. We are continuously working to make the apartment more eco-friendly: you will find a dual-flush toilet for water conservation, flow regulators in the taps, energy-efficient LED lighting, and gas and electricity supplied by providers using only renewable sources, along with energy-efficient appliances, environmentally friendly cleaning products, and a minimal use of an iron.
