It is the perfect place to rest and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in Carpi. During the summer, you can enjoy breakfast outside, taking in the beautiful scenery.
The B&B offers a spacious apartment with a double bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom, which can accommodate from two to four people. Additionally, there are two double rooms on the ground floor, one of which is equipped for people with disabilities, with a private bathroom and an independent entrance from the garden.
The Bed & Breakfast La Francesa is located just a few steps from the center of Carpi, and it can be easily reached by bike path. In just five minutes of a pleasant walk, you can reach the WWF Oasis La Francesa.

At B&B La Francesa, breakfast is a very important moment to ensure the health and well-being of our guests. We are always committed to providing an excellent breakfast to enhance their stay.
Breakfast is prepared with great care and is served both inside the house and outside under the shade of a lush jasmine to enjoy the nice weather.
We offer homemade sweets, yogurt, fresh bread (multi-grain and white), crackers, butter, homemade jam, spreadable chocolate, cereal, orange juice, fresh fruit, coffee (made with the classic Italian moka), organic milk, and tea.
If necessary, we are able to provide gluten-free food, but we need to be informed in advance.

Welcome! I'm Isa, the owner of La Francesa B&B.
I started this activity for pure fun and now more than ten years have passed since our B&B opened in 2007.
It seems like yesterday when, after a vacation in a B&B on a Tuscan island, I decided to open my own B&B.
Personally, I take care of welcoming guests and preparing breakfast every morning.
It makes me happy when guests feel at home and let me know.

The Bed & Breakfast La Francesa is located just a few steps away from the center of Carpi, easily accessible by bicycle thanks to a new cycle path. In just five minutes of pleasant walking, you can reach the WWF La Francesa Oasis.
The B&B La Francesa is the ideal choice for outdoor enthusiasts, culture lovers, and foodies. Recommended events include the Festival of Philosophy (Carpi, Modena, Sassuolo), the Literature Festival (Mantova), and the Storytelling Festival (Carpi).
Moreover, you can visit the former Fossoli Concentration Camp, easily reachable on foot, or ride along the cycle path to Carpi and the Secchia River cycle path, or choose among the various routes for mountain bike lovers.
The Municipality of Carpi has created some "permanent ecological routes" for runners and cyclists, which will allow you to travel on less busy roads in close contact with nature. One of the most scenic routes, 15 km long, passes right in front of the B&B La Francesa.
