Located in a privileged and peaceful position, this elegant structure dating back to the early 1900s, once adjacent to an ancient porcelain kiln, has been recently renovated to include modern comforts. Just 8 km away from the heart of Lucca and 36 km from Pisa airport, its location makes it ideal for exploring the wonders of Tuscany, including Florence, Siena, and Pisa, as well as easily accessing both the Versilia coastline and the Garfagnana mountains.

The renowned Renaissance villas of Lucca are easily reachable from our structure, as well as the famous Pinocchio Park in Collodi, located a short distance away. The historic center of Lucca, surrounded by its historic Renaissance walls, can be reached in just a few minutes by car or bus, with stops only 500 meters away.

Our offer includes WiFi internet access throughout the property, two covered porches, a barbecue area, and a large relaxation area facing a 5000 square meter garden with orchard, olive grove, and some farm animals. We offer free and fenced parking, including a covered space for bicycles and motorcycles equipped with an emergency repair workshop.

Our rooms, elegantly furnished and located on the first floor, feature every modern comfort, including private bathrooms, 32-inch LCD TVs, heating, air conditioning, and hairdryers. The "Master" room is adorned with antique furniture and a large window with a view of the Tuscan countryside; the bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool tub and shower. The "Grandma's" room offers a delightful view of the garden and surrounding landscape through two bright windows.

We serve an Italian breakfast, consisting of fresh and high-quality local products, available buffet-style in the cozy living room, under the porch, or in the garden, depending on the season. During winter evenings, guests can relax in front of the large stone fireplace in the TV room, adjacent to the breakfast room, where they can plan their activities for the following day.
