Each living unit is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, and the property also has an industrial kitchen that can be used by professional chefs.
The spaces are uniquely furnished, allowing you to breathe in the essence of creativity and authentic furniture reuse.

Our multifunctional room, approximately 70 square meters, can be set up with mats, blankets, cushions, tables, chairs, and technological equipment to make your magical event the best it can be.

My name is Rubina Piccinelli. I attended a hotel school on Lake Idro and graduated in tourism sciences in Milan. In my family, for over a century, we have had a tradition in the restaurant and hospitality industry (LaMarta inn trattoria - Treviso Bresciano). That is why I decided to dedicate myself to unconventional farming and managing FIOCCHINA magic place, a small and authentic farmhouse on Lake Garda, between the lake and the sky, with a truly unique panoramic view.
Our goal is to share this truly magical place with those who can appreciate it and ensure that my son can live peacefully in the heart of nature while still being close to civilization.
