Located in a completely renovated ancient building, it is just a few steps away from Piazza della Loggia in the characteristic alley of Cossere. This small neighborhood, which was already part of the merchants' and artisans' district in the Middle Ages, is now a quiet and peaceful residential street.

"La Filanda" offers a "bed & breakfast" style accommodation, with rooms equipped with a buffet breakfast service. The structure is spread over two floors accessible by elevator, also for people with disabilities. Guests can use a common area where they can enjoy breakfast and three different bedrooms: M, L, XL. Each room has different dimensions and furnishings, with antique furniture mixed with contemporary design objects and mirrors found in flea markets.

Room M is a single room with a French bed and a bathroom equipped for disabled guests. Room L is a double room with a private bathroom, while room XL is a small suite consisting of a double room and a single room with a bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and independently adjustable heating via a thermostat, Wi-Fi connection, flat-screen TV, and a safe. Upon request, we can also provide cribs or cots with linen, high chairs, and bottle warmers to accommodate the little ones. In the common area, you will also find a refrigerator, a microwave, and dishes suitable for children.

From "La Filanda," you can reach the Museum of Santa Giulia, the Castle, the squares, and the monumental buildings of the city with a short walk, as well as the ancient churches rich in artworks. You can also discover the city's theaters and shopping streets, as well as the Freccia Rossa shopping complex.
