Our charming little house is completely independent and extends over two levels, with an internal staircase connecting the two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, while on the raised floor there is a spacious attic bedroom with a lovely covered balcony. The house is located within a closed courtyard with an automatic gate, and the parking space is right in front of the house, ensuring privacy and security. To facilitate your stay, we exclusively use self check-in through an external safety box. Guests will be required to send their ID documents via app or WhatsApp before key delivery.

However, I manage another property nearby and have a job with regular hours. Don't worry, I respond quickly to phone calls and messages. If needed, my husband and I will be available to assist you.
The residence is located just 200 meters from the heart of San Maurizio Canavese and approximately 3 kilometers from Turin Caselle Airport. The surrounding area offers a variety of shops and restaurants, many of which are easily accessible on foot. In just twenty minutes by car, you can reach the lively city of Turin, while in about 40 minutes you can explore the enchanting mountain valleys of Canavese.
