The B&B La Casetta represents my home, an old farmhouse that I have completely restored. I chose to undertake this activity because I love this place and want to share it with those who appreciate tranquility, the countryside, the green landscape, and nature. I have dedicated special attention to sustainability by adopting home automation solutions, a solar thermal system, and a phytodepuration system in order to minimize our impact on the environment. The property is completely surrounded by greenery: spacious outdoor areas and few rooms, perfect for a rejuvenating break.
A delightful Italian breakfast awaits you, filled with delicacies to enjoy and start the day off right. You can savor a selection of freshly baked goods, crispy corn flakes, delicious cookies, and crunchy toast. For those with a sweet tooth, there will be a variety of tasty jams to spread on freshly toasted bread. For yogurt lovers, you will find a choice of delicious flavors. And for true coffee connoisseurs, we will delight you with our authentic Italian cappuccino. If you prefer tea or fruit juices, you will have a wide range of options to satisfy every palate. I adore the untouched beauty of nature and the charm of the countryside. I could never imagine a life without them, which is why years ago I made the decision to move from the bustling city to the place where my parents had bought a country house when my brother and I were still children.
This house has always been the place of my heart, my great passion. When I had the opportunity to purchase another part of it, I decided to renovate it with love and dedicate it to hosting guests.
Montecarlo, a charming medieval village just a stone's throw away, invites you to experience a delightful outdoor dinner while savoring the exquisite local DOC wine. In Montecarlo, you will find exceptional trattorias, wineries, pizzerias, and restaurants, as well as a cozy brewery and a lively pub. From this location, you can easily reach the enchanting art cities of Tuscany by car (the entrance to the A11 highway conveniently located 4 km away) or by train (the train station is just a 6-minute drive and offers direct connections to Florence, Lucca, Viareggio, and, with only one transfer, to Pisa, Siena, and Livorno).
