La Cascata
The B&B La Cascata, located in the Valle d'Itria, is the brainchild of mother Giulia, a creative artist and plant enthusiast. The name "La Cascata" celebrates her love for water, a feature present in the garden with a stream, fountains, and waterfalls.
The large garden, designed and cared for by Giulia, a former nursery owner, is constantly enriched with new floral species, creating a mini botanical garden that attracts various species of wildlife. Among the natural elements, there are ancient walnut trees, fruit trees, conifers, bamboo, and olive trees.
The B&B is close to the city center but offers tranquility and peace. Guests can relax in different areas of the garden, including a gazebo for breakfast, areas with sun loungers and hammocks, and a lounge area with a barbecue.
Each room, artistically personalized by Giulia, has a unique theme: "Stella di mare" dedicated to the sea, "Mughetto" inspired by the delicacy of the flower, and "Safari" that evokes exotic environments. The rooms have private bathrooms, TVs, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Mrs. Giulia, the manager of the Bed and Breakfast in Noci, is a great lover of nature, art, and gardening. When you arrive, you will have the pleasure of meeting Giulia, a very entertaining person, who will make you feel like part of her family, welcoming you warmly.
Giulia takes care of the garden with great attention, always adding a special touch to everything inside. Her creativity knows no bounds when it comes to creating new characteristic corners within the B&B.
Thanks to her knowledge of trees and plants, she has managed to create an environment completely different from the surrounding one, giving the garden lush and relaxing vegetation.
In addition to plants, Giulia also loves animals. Over the years, she has even had deer walking in her garden and peacocks flying from one side of the property to the other. Today, you can meet ducks, hares, chickens, and pheasants, as well as a variety of wild animals that visit the garden, such as foxes, hedgehogs, swallows, badgers, magpies, and other birds.
But Giulia's most important characteristic is her passion for art. In fact, both in the garden and in the rooms of the B&B, you can admire her sculptures, paintings, and decorative artworks that have transformed this structure into a true artistic paradise.
Furthermore, Giulia is an excellent cook specializing in traditional local cuisine, often using zero-kilometer products from her vegetable garden.
Noci is situated in a strategic location, right in the middle of numerous easily accessible tourist destinations. Just a few kilometers away, you will find the Trulli of Alberobello, which are a UNESCO World Heritage site, Putignano with its famous Carnival, Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy known for its charming streets and excellent wine, Martina Franca with its Baroque style, Castellana and its enchanting karst caves, Cisternino, Fasano with its incredible zoo-safari, and Egnazia, an important archaeological site in Puglia. Towards the Adriatic Sea, you can visit the splendid cities of Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Bari or Taranto, and Castellaneta Marina on the Ionian Sea.
