My home is a beautiful villa that overlooks the beach, from which our B&B takes its name. Here's what makes it all so wonderful: falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the same melody.. living here brings serenity to the soul.

At our welcoming Bed and Breakfast, we offer a delightful Italian Breakfast. This means you can enjoy a sweet breakfast with delicious cakes, coffee, tea, milk, croissants, yogurt, cereals, fruits, and much more.
Alternatively, if you prefer a savory breakfast, you can request it during check-in. This option comes with an additional cost of only 9.00 Euros per person per day.
The Crab's Room is a bright double bedroom with a sea-view terrace and a private bathroom with TV, fridge, hairdryer, safe, large wardrobe and air conditioner. Possibility of breakfast in the terrace on the sea.

The Conchiglia room is made up of a double bedroom and a private sitting room, furnished with a double sofa bed, from which you can access the bathroom with shower. It is the ideal accommodation for a family of 3-4 people, for three adults or for a couple who prefers the comfort and privacy of the additional private lounge. The room is located on the ground floor with garden view and has its own independent entrance. Free parking nearby.
I have a great time exploring the charming alleys of Cagliari.. I love this magnificent city! Roaming around, up and down the gentle hills, admiring the splendid architecture. The bastion of San Remì is my favorite place: it offers a 360-degree view of the city and the sea. I can't miss out on a sunset aperitif, it's an unmissable experience!
The Beach House overlooks the beautiful Sant'Andrea beach, which is less crowded by locals who prefer the more famous beaches of Villasimius or Costa Rei. This provides an opportunity for those who choose to spend their days here to enjoy the place in tranquility, immersing themselves in the sounds of the sea, the sun, the crystal clear water, and long walks. For those who love to explore, they can't do anything but decide where to go, as the B&B is strategically located just a few kilometers from the splendid city of Cagliari, which can be discovered on foot through its alleys, including a visit to Poetto, the city beach. If you cross Cagliari, following the coast, you will reach the marvelous beaches of Pula, Chia, and further on, the fantastic area of Porto Pino. Heading east, the panoramic SP17 road runs along the wonderful sea of southern Sardinia until reaching the famous Villasimius: simply magnificent! But there is more to this island than just the sea, as it offers fantastic natural mountain landscapes, rich in history and charm. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the mountains of Sette Fratelli, Serpedì, Linas, and Genis. Sardinia is also famous for its mysterious nuraghi and Giants' tombs, which abound. And not only that.. the picturesque villages tell ancient traditions and invite visitors to immerse themselves in the local culture.
