Spacious apartment with four separate housing units, three of which are mezzanines, bright and comfortable, perfect for a pleasant stay for four guests. Each unit consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The apartments have been finely renovated and are located in the heart of the authentic Naples, just a few steps from the main shopping streets and very close to the wonderful Teatro San Carlo, Teatro Augusteo, and Royal Palace overlooking the famous Piazza del Plebiscito. Furthermore, the main means of transportation such as the subway, funicular, buses, and taxi station are just a short walk from the house, ensuring convenient service for the guests. Upon request and reservation, we also organize boat excursions.
My spouse, Ludovica, and I are currently experiencing our first time as hosts. We have a spacious residence that we have divided into four independent mini apartments. This is our way of ensuring that we can best accommodate tourists who choose to visit our lovely city. During the week, we are occupied with our jobs, but this activity fascinates us immensely. We want to learn together with our guests as soon as possible, in order to guarantee a pleasant stay and perhaps even organize wonderful excursions in the Gulf of Naples. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
Recently, this area has begun to experience a revival in terms of tourism. Thanks to its unique architecture, new shops and restaurants, fish markets, and fresh produce available, along with the new metro station and the general folklore that defines it, the Quartieri Spagnoli frequently attracts photos and visits from curious travelers and tourists from around the globe. Additionally, in recent years, an increasing number of both Italian and foreign university students have opted to rent apartments or single rooms in this area, due to its proximity to several university campuses in Naples. Despite its reputation, the Quartieri Spagnoli remains a significant historical and artistic center in the city of Naples, offering numerous opportunities to immerse oneself in the local culture and Neapolitan lifestyle. You can explore small artisan workshops, the iconic "bassi napoletani," and narrow alleys with staircases that transport you to another era.
