Our property is a typical example of a traditional farmhouse in the Marche region, built in the late 1940s. After careful restoration work in 2000, which consolidated the structure and made necessary improvements to make it even more comfortable, we carried out further renovations in 2015 and furnished the house and the surrounding park with everything necessary to ensure the utmost comfort and safety of our guests. Our rooms, located on the first floor with separate entrances, are spacious and bright, offering all the comforts of a city hotel, but in a unique place for its beauty, tranquility, and hospitality. We have a standard double room, a larger double room, and a suite consisting of two connecting rooms, ideal for couples who want more space or for friends who want to maintain their privacy during the night. All rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, television, telephone, and emergency lighting. The house is surrounded by a charming garden, where we have added a splendid swimming pool, creating a unique place for its beauty and privacy. In the park of the house, where the parking area is also located, you can take pleasant walks in the pine forest and enjoy breathtaking views.
Every morning you will have the opportunity to delight your taste buds with breakfast, where the carefully prepared sweets by my wife Leonia will take center stage. Upon request, you can also enjoy a "gluten-free" version of breakfast. This special moment will be served in two different settings depending on the seasons: during the summer, you can enjoy breakfast in the shade of the porch, next to the majestic oak tree, while during the winter, we will welcome you in the large and spacious lounge.
Breakfast will always be plentiful and complete, including seasonal fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, juices, and a small selection of savory delights. Nothing will be missing to start the day in the best way possible!

Our origins, our joyful nature, and our innate sense of hospitality allow us to share our little piece of paradise with those who love the countryside, the greenery, outdoor life, tranquility, and a welcoming environment. Spending a night in our home means being awakened in the morning by the birdsong. And if that's not enough, the pastries prepared by my lovely wife Leonia will be the best breakfast you could wish for. I am an optimist, I always see the glass half full and never half empty. I enjoy spending my free time in good company, sipping a glass of prosecco and savoring innovative dishes. I love to travel and live in peaceful and comfortable places. Wearing a nice fresh shirt in the morning is the perfect way to start the day.
The Piceno: famous since the first millennium BC, came under Roman rule in 300 BC; represents a pre-Roman civilization located in the middle of the Adriatic. The Piceni: feared warriors but also skilled farmers. Traveling today in the Piceno means immersing yourself in a wonderful garden that stretches from the Sibillini mountains to the gentle hills, characterized by Medieval Villages, Monasteries, and Farmhouses, which lead to the valleys crossed by the rivers Aso, Tesino, and Tronto that flow into the sea. But what surprises the most and makes this garden extraordinary is its extreme fragmentation, where man, with great skill, has cultivated the land in such a way that, at any time of the year, it appears as a wonderful patchwork that extends over the towns and cities of the Province of Ascoli Piceno. Of remarkable natural and scenic interest that deserve a visit or excursion: Lake Pilato (Mount Vettore), the Gorge of Infernaccio (sources of the Tenna river), the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, and Mount Sibilla (the oracle's cave).
