Just a 7-minute walk from the railway station, the flat has recently been renovated and is located in a pedestrian area, making it the ideal choice for those wishing to explore the city on foot with the possibility of strolling and shopping along the shopping streets, appreciating and purchasing the products of local artisans, enjoying the sights and experiencing the flavours of the place thanks to the various food and wine itineraries, and getting lost in cultural events and exhibitions.
A city rich in architectural wonders, it is also centrally located to immerse oneself in the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato territory, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Located on the third floor of a charming historical building, the flat is easily accessible thanks to the lift present.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and is lit by two windows. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a first aid kit.
In the living room, two comfortable sofas can be converted into extra beds for families. There is a TV, some games and a selection of books for entertainment.
Up to four guests can stay here, and you can also bring your 'four-legged' friends with you.
