The house, recently renovated in the spring of 2024, blends historical charm with modern comforts. The apartment spans two levels and is fully furnished. It features a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room, a double bedroom, a triple room, a bathroom with a shower, and a small utility room with a washing machine.

Access to the house, located at the top of a hill and reachable after about thirty steps, adds to its distinctive appeal.
