In our accommodation, you will find three double rooms named "Barbera", "Moscato", and "Grignolino", all equipped with a private bathroom with a shower.
You will be able to enjoy a panoramic swimming pool reserved only for guests and the owner. Additionally, we offer two picnic areas, by prior arrangement with the owner: a part of the porch to the south and a gazebo to the north, both equipped with a table and chairs.
You will also have access to a fenced area of approximately 1500 square meters on the hills.
Breakfast will be served in the communal room with a large panoramic window or on the terrace during the good weather. Italian breakfast is included in the room price.
We also offer a convenient free private parking. Additionally, we have a garage with an alarm system to safeguard bicycles or, in special cases, a car. Details and additional costs will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
