Daniela crafts fruit preserves, yogurt, and other artisanal specialties, enhanced by local products such as mountain cheeses and traditional cured meats from Trentino. Daniela, the owner and hostess, has spent much of her life in the restaurant industry before fulfilling her dream of opening her B&B. Today, she personally welcomes each guest, providing assistance, tips for enjoying the valley to the fullest, and moments of genuine togetherness. With a passion for cooking and creative projects, she enjoys sharing a few hours of sewing or DIY activities with anyone interested, turning the stay into a true experience of connection with the local way of life.
