The Grandmother's House is a cozy bed and breakfast, run by a family, nestled in the splendid countryside of Tuscia. This B&B has been carefully created through the restoration of an old stable and a barn, part of a farmhouse dating back to the mid-nineteenth century. Each room has an independent entrance, a private bathroom, and a small area equipped for breakfast.
The rooms, named The Old Stable, The Ancient Barn, and The Granary, are furnished in a style that recalls past times, with great attention to detail.
But despite having a retro atmosphere, they also offer all modern comforts such as air conditioning, a minibar, and a TV. Here you will find an environment that will make you relive the emotions of a bygone era, enveloping you in the pleasant scents and sensations of natural fabrics.
During winter, you will be welcomed by the warmth of a lit fireplace and you can enjoy the delicious typical pastries that only grandmothers knew how to prepare.
Our establishment offers a delightful continental breakfast, which you can enjoy comfortably in your room or in the charming atmosphere of "Taverna della Nonna". You will have a wide selection of coffee, cappuccino, tea, yogurt, cereals, toast, butter, jam, chocolate, fresh fruit, fruit juices, biscuits, and typical local delicacies.
In the picturesque "Taverna della Nonna", you will also find a corner dedicated to herbal teas, allowing you to indulge in a relaxing moment sipping a hot drink tailored to your taste and needs.
Furthermore, we provide our guests with a fully-equipped tavern complete with a kitchenette, refrigerator, fireplace/barbecue, and firewood, allowing you to prepare your meals independently. It is necessary to arrange the use with our staff and contribute an additional cost of € 15.00 per day.
