La Casa dei Tigli

In the heart of the Umbrian countryside, along the right bank of the Topino River and just a few kilometers from Assisi, La Casa dei Tigli welcomes guests in an elegantly renovated farmhouse from the early 1900s, preserving the charm of its origins. The B&B is located in Cannara, in a peaceful area yet well-connected, approximately 5.5 km from the Assisi Nord exit and 15 km from San Francesco Airport.

The accommodations, situated on the first floor of the farmhouse, include a small suite featuring a living room and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. Upon request, up to two additional beds can be added in the living room. The interiors, furnished in a country style with original period furniture, tell the story of the region and create a warm, authentic atmosphere. On the ground floor, a spacious room opens onto a covered patio, perfect for reading or relaxing.

Breakfast is served every morning and features a traditional Italian spread, enhanced by artisanal pastries made with care and passion. Guests can take advantage of free parking, Wi-Fi access, and all the amenities needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The area is ideal for those who enjoy walking or cycling in nature: just 1.5 km away, you’ll find the Assisi-Spoleto bike path, while nearby routes lead through historic villages and stunning landscapes. Among the most captivating destinations are the walled village of Collemancio, the Roman ruins of Urvinum Hortense, and Piandarca, a symbolic site related to St. Francis's Sermon to the Birds.
