La Casa dei Ricordi
The B&B La Casa dei Ricordi represents the home of my beloved grandparents, Ezio and Luciana. Ezio was a brave partisan who fought for freedom, he was awarded the title of Knight of Labor and served as the tax assessor in Modena. As the president of ANPI, he was highly respected by the community. Luciana, on the other hand, was a Member of Parliament, a feminist woman actively involved in politics.
Their house, built in 1962, still preserves the original furnishings and the typical wallpaper of that time.
Soon, the property will undergo a complete renovation, starting with the bathrooms that clearly show signs of time. It is important to keep in mind, before booking, that we are in a transitional phase, so some things in the house show signs of wear and are certainly not new. Gradually, we will renovate the entire apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishes, cutlery, glasses, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. You will also find a variety of pots and a coffee machine.
In the apartment, you will discover delightful cookies and convenient capsules to prepare Nespresso coffee.
Furthermore, on the nightstand awaits a special voucher that will enable you to savor a delicious breakfast at a cozy bar located near the apartment.

Additionally, you can find two very convenient bus stops on the adjacent street, called Via Luosi. You won't have to worry about parking, as it is free along the entire road and in the surrounding areas.
If you're interested in visiting the historic center, you can reach it on foot in just 5 minutes. Simply take Via Riccoboni to access Calle di Luca, and from there, after just 350 meters, you'll find yourself in the wonderful Piazza Grande, in front of the Cathedral.
