Situated in the picturesque village of Santo Stefano di Briga, in the municipality of Messina, you will find a place rich in history and tradition. During a pleasant stroll through the streets of the village, you can quench your thirst at the numerous fountains that gush fresh, crystalline water. Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find the refreshment/picnic area "Acqua Vena", an ideal place to relax and enjoy a meal surrounded by nature.

The beach is less than 3 kilometers away, while the equipped area "Lupo" in the Peloritani Mountains can be reached in about 4 kilometers. If you are sports enthusiasts, the San Filippo sports area, which hosts events and concerts, is easily accessible.

As for gastronomy, just 3 kilometers away, along the suggestive seafront of Santa Margherita, you will find a selection of restaurants and pizzerias that will delight you with the typical flavors of the region. Furthermore, a few steps from the property, in the heart of the village, you will find bars, tobacco shops, and various grocery stores to satisfy all your needs.
