Three beautiful double rooms, furnished with the handmade furniture of Grandfather Celeste, meticulously cared for in every detail, each with a private bathroom. A true refuge to fully enjoy your stay. Your privacy will be guaranteed thanks to the independent entrances of each room. The Willow room offers a beautiful solarium where you can relax and enjoy a splendid view, as well as a spacious and cozy bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The Cherry room has direct access to the surrounding green area, allowing you to be in direct contact with nature, while the Fir room offers a mini-apartment solution with a kitchen.
A delicious and abundant breakfast that you can enjoy on the panoramic terrace or in the intimate kitchen carved out of Grandfather Celeste's cellar, with exposed stones. The products we offer to our guests are carefully selected, typical of the area or sourced from organic sources.

You can also enjoy freshly made crepes with Nutella or jams.
Furthermore, we will offer you a savory buffet with sliced salami, typical local cheeses, eggs, and upon request, bortellina.
We will be delighted to prepare coffee, herbal teas, tea, cappuccino, milk, and hot chocolate for you. Everything will be served in the Bottega del Nonno Celeste or in Nonna Maria's sewing room, who used to be a seamstress. You can still admire retro details such as "Nonna Maria's" antique sewing machine, the fireplace, and the paintings on the ceiling.
Once upon a time, there was a skilled carpenter named Celeste who, in his profession, devoted himself to being a grandfather. And he did it with mastery! To the point of becoming, in a future he would never know, the source of inspiration for his family to fulfill a dream.. and to make it come true together. Grandfather Celeste created wooden stories, cedar fables, and walnut dreams, which his children and grandchildren cherished with love and shared with others in a truly special way: by donating them. La Bottega Celeste represents the result of a rediscovery, that of a family that preserves the true meaning of hospitality and shares it with others, amidst the delightful flavors of Piacenza and the hills full of history. A territory rich in history (with castles, churches, Romanesque parish churches, and archaeological sites), flavors, and natural landscapes, where you can find Nonno Celeste's Workshop, a fertile place of tales inlaid in wood.
Located on the green hills of Piacenza, 700 meters above sea level, you will find a cozy bed and breakfast that used to be an old carpentry workshop, immersed in the traditions of a family deeply rooted in the area. This strategic location is ideal for exploring the numerous local attractions, including churches, Romanesque parishes, and castles such as Gropparello, Castelnuovo Fogliani, Castell'Arquato, Vigoleno, and the enchanting medieval village of Grazzano Visconti with its narrow streets surrounded by greenery and artisan workshops.
There is no shortage of leisure options: the Fairy Tale Park of Gropparello for children, the Adventure Academy survival school, the swimming pools of Gropparello, Lugagnano Val d'Arda, and Carpaneto Piacentino with their festivals. Relaxation in nature is guaranteed by the Monte Moria Provincial Park, ideal for walks and bike excursions, while several riding stables are located near the bed and breakfast.
Food lovers will find satisfaction among the towns and hills of Piacenza, with 18 varieties of D.O.C. wines, including Gutturnio, Ortrugo, and Bonarda, to be enjoyed with D.O.P. cured meats and cheeses during archaeological visits or picnics. Among the recommended traditional dishes, stand out "pisarei e fasö," small bread dumplings with a generous bean sauce, "picula ad caval," a horse meat stew, roast "coppa," and the famous "chisolino," to be accompanied by excellent Piacenza cured ham.
