In a fascinating historical palace, sponsored by the Fine Arts and built in 1855 according to the design of the architect Giovanni Degasperi, we are pleased to welcome you to the "Viandante Stop". Three spacious 40 square meter suites, characterized by exposed beams, will offer you all the desired comforts: private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine with welcome pods. The suites are located on the third and top floor, accessible by elevator and suitable for people with disabilities.
The building, of great beauty, features an imposing wooden door with bas-reliefs dating back to the 19th century and a facade with a bay window.
This strategic location represents the ideal starting point for exploring the center of Trieste. The nearby Goldoni Square is indeed one of the crucial points of the city and can be easily reached by public transport (buses: 01, 06, 10, 20, 36, 44). In just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach Unity of Italy Square, the largest square in Europe with a breathtaking view of the sea.
To facilitate your visit, we provide a mini guide curated directly by us, where you will find unmissable addresses such as wine shops, restaurants, cafes, and museums, as well as little secrets about this incredible border territory.
We are passionate about quality food and wine and we look forward to recommending some excursions in the Karst region to discover small local producers. Oh, I almost forgot, even Joyce, the great traveler, made a stop here with us.
