You can choose between a "studio with a private entrance" on the ground floor and a "two-room apartment with a view of the Cathedral" on the third floor, accessible via elevator. Both options ensure comfort and privacy, complete with a private bathroom and amenities such as a bathtub, hairdryer, toiletries, and minibar. Relax in front of the television or stay connected with the available internet access.
Our central location allows you to easily explore historical landmarks, attend cultural events, and enjoy the delicious local culinary tradition. Ideal for business trips or romantic getaways, the Landing Rooms are just a short walk from attractions like the Cathedral, Monticelli Thermal Baths, and the charming Christmas Market.

Studio apartment with independent entrance composed of living room/bedroom with queen-size bed, breakfast corner with small sink, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator. The room is located on the ground floor, the entrance is independent on a shared hallway. Equipped with a work space with a table and two chairs. Equipped and elegant bathroom, furnished with unique pieces revisited such as the sink obtained from a dressing table with an early 1900s marble top with a mirror with decorations, a particularity the courtesy light with the appearance of a parrot and made to design with 3D printers in luminescent material. The sanitary fixtures are inserted in a cave illuminated with LED strips that make it a relaxing environment. The shower in the niche will surprise you with its shell shape. You will also find a wardrobe with a full-height mirror where you can store your personal effects. Thanks to the recent renovation, the room is very cool in summer and warm in winter and is equipped with infrared heating and a Dayson air purifier that cools the room when necessary.

This solution is not available for short-term rentals but only for long periods from 31 days to 12 months maximum with registration of the contract for temporary use. Our senior suite is a "two-room apartment" located on the 3rd floor with elevator consisting of a living room, kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom. the kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator, the bathroom has a bathtub and shower. You will also find a wardrobe with a full-height mirror where you can store your personal effects and a bridge wardrobe above the bed. Thanks to a recent renovation, the accommodation is equipped with a heat pump and double-glazed windows.
I am an architect who has completed the renovation of the apartment that I now offer to my guests. I would be delighted to welcome you in person; however, if I'm unable to do so, you will have access to the apartment through a dedicated app. I care deeply about the environment, which is why I have equipped the studio with home automation systems and a recycling setup. I will personally handle the waste disposal for you. As an animal lover, you're welcome to bring your pets, but I kindly ask that you manage them with care.
