The two solutions available, the "studio apartment with independent entrance" on the ground floor and the "two-room apartment with Duomo view" on the third floor, offer comfort and privacy, each with a private bathroom and amenities such as bathtub, hairdryer, courtesy products and minibar. You can relax in front of the television or stay connected thanks to the internet access.
The central location of the property will allow you to easily explore the historical monuments, participate in cultural events and enjoy the local food and wine tradition. Ideal for both business trips and romantic getaways, it welcomes you near places such as the Duomo, the Monticelli Baths and the evocative Christmas Market.

I am an architect and I have taken care of the renovation of the apartment that I now manage. I am happy to personally welcome my guests, but in case it is not possible, I can remotely open for you through an app. I pay great attention to the environment, so I have equipped the studio with home automation systems and waste sorting. I will personally take care of waste disposal for you. I really like animals, so you are allowed to bring them with you. I only ask you to handle them with care.
