The Wellness Art & Wine Caren is a charming retreat dedicated to well-being and sensory pleasure, located in the heart of the Langhe region. Each room offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere designed to provide moments of true relaxation, featuring jacuzzi tubs in front of the beds, a sauna, a steam room, and chromotherapy. The furnishings, enhanced by the works of painter Renato Cane, tell the story and passion of a family that has successfully combined art, hospitality, and flavor. Upon request, massages and beauty treatments can be provided directly in the rooms. On the ground floor, two restaurants enhance the experience: Pizza nell’Arte, serving Eleonora's traditional Piedmontese specialties, and Carlo’s Grill BBQ, where Angelo offers grilled dishes of meat, fish, and vegetables.

Every morning, waking up at Wellness Art & Wine Caren is accompanied by the aroma of freshly baked pastries and a selection of authentic local products. The buffet features croissants, homemade cakes, artisanal jams, local honey, yogurt, seasonal fruits, and freshly prepared hot drinks. For those who prefer savory options, typical cheeses and cured meats from the Langhe region are available. It’s a breakfast that celebrates the quality and simplicity of Piedmontese flavors, meant to be enjoyed leisurely before a day spent in the hills.

Eleonora and Angelo are a cheerful and harmonious couple, bonded by their love for their homeland and hospitality. Eleonora passionately manages the B&B and pizzeria, paying attention to every detail and welcoming guests with her genuine smile. Angelo, the chef and creative spirit behind Carlo’s Grill BBQ, brings energy and warmth to every dish by blending traditional flavors with grilling techniques. Together, they create an authentic, family-friendly, and joyful atmosphere where every guest truly feels at home.

Area hills

Grinzane Cavour is situated in the heart of the Langhe region, surrounded by hills shaped by vineyards and charming ancient villages. The famous castle of the town, which once served as the residence of Camillo Benso, Count of Cavour, now houses the Piedmontese Regional Wine Cellar and offers breathtaking views of the Barolo and Nebbiolo vineyards. From here, iconic locations such as Barolo, La Morra, Serralunga, and Monforte d'Alba are easily accessible, making them perfect for winery visits, tastings, and strolls through hazelnut orchards. In autumn, the area is filled with delightful aromas and flavors during the International White Truffle Fair of Alba, while throughout the year, it offers culinary trails, natural itineraries, and scenic glimpses that showcase the true essence of Piedmont.
