Our house is a new and independent building with private parking. Each room has a balcony or terrace that you can use, and is equipped with heating, air conditioning, safe, television, minibar, and private bathroom. Breakfast is served in the common room on the first floor or, during the summer months, outdoors under a lovely gazebo. The buffet offers a selection of croissants, focaccia bread, bread, yogurt, tea, milk, coffee, fruit juice, jam, butter, and chocolate. Via Tecci follows the ancient route of the Roman road Aemilia Scauri, along the course of the Quazzola stream. Along this road, there are still two Roman bridges. Our location is only 2 kilometers from the town center and the bus stop. We are open from March to October, but we are always available for bookings or to provide further information throughout the year.
