Located in a late nineteenth-century building where past and present blend in a unique mix, we are pleased to welcome you to comfortable and relaxing accommodations. During your stay, you can take a walk along our beautiful promenade or through the shopping streets, full of lights and colors. By savoring local specialties, you can get lost in the narrow alleys of the historic center, admiring the local craftsmanship and participating in the numerous cultural events that take place throughout the year. Historic buildings, churches, theaters, and monuments will provide the backdrop for your discovery of the city. If you want to venture further, we are only 300 meters from the central station, which will allow you to reach famous places worldwide such as Alberobello, Martina Franca, Ostuni Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Castel del Monte, Trani, and Matera. Our residence is the ideal location for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for business trips or for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment. Our guests can enjoy rooms with various options, free wifi, independent heating, designated smoking areas, flexible check-in, parking, and a kitchenette. The apartment for 4 people, called "Il Cortiletto," is completely autonomous and independent, located on the ground floor. It is a delightful small apartment of about 40 square meters, fully air-conditioned and divided as follows: • Entrance leading to a spacious and well-equipped kitchen for preparing lunches and/or dinners. • Large bedroom with a King Size bed (210 x 170), equipped with a TV and a double sofa bed for additional guests if necessary. • Comfortable bathroom with a hairdryer and a spacious emotional shower cabin, with the possibility of using a washing machine. The apartment for 2 people, called "La Terrazza," is a very private suite of about 60 square meters, located on the top floor of the building.
